This is the second veterinary surgery for this client, providing tailor-made facilities to optimise the function of their business and customer friendliness.
It was essential that the building appeared small and modern to satisfy planning considerations on this green field site.

The Brief
This project is further element to work that we have undertaken on this development totalling 7,000 square metres.
This project is an extension to an existing building which we had previously renovated and overclad using the Refatex system.
We encapsulated the building to make it perform as one with the new extension.
