Another project for our client from Ami Court, constructing a new, detached nursing home to contain 28 bedrooms. This was a timber frame construction, and we developed the designs for planning amendments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and to optimise the site.
The home benefits from the client’s distinctive interior design style, which adds colour and homeliness to the setting. The home also incorporates a dementia unit.
