Now known as Stanley Court and The Regent Centre, Directline Structures undertook the detailed design and construction of 30 light industrial units, across 8 separate buildings and 2 sites.
The site posed some challenges, including potential contamination, the presence of knotweed, proximity to a stream and significant changes in levels. These were all dealt with from design stage to minimise risk and cost.
The project was completed in Spring 2019.
