Directline Structures hailed as the way forward for Education buildings in leaner times.
In an article published in “Education Today”, the company’s work in the Education sector is highlighted as an affordable alternative to the axed Building Schools for the Future programme.
“When Education Secretary Michael Gove announced that the coalition Government was axing the ‘wasteful’ Building Schools for the Future programme, hundreds of schools found their building projects being cancelled.
It was time, said Gove, ‘to bear down on costs and bureaucracy so every new school is built in as cost-effective and efficient way as possible.’ “
